Tracing Product Defects and/or Mistakes Back to the Person Who Made the Error with QC Label.

S&B has the best employees; however, as with any company, we must hold individuals accountable if we are to grow and maintain the absolute best quality possible. Since you had an issue with your S&B product, we would like to trace it back to the person who made the error, so that we can re-train them. We would really appreciate it if you would send us back a picture of our QC Label(s) as detailed below. Thank you for your help with this matter.
